Westmoreland Commercial Roofing is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is more than a traditional sales position. We provide company-generated leads from day one, while giving you the opportunity to develop your own relationships, build a long-term book of business, and create an income that grows with your success.

About the Role

Our company specializes in commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems, including roof coatings and single-ply membranes.

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will work with commercial property owners, business owners, and facility managers to identify roofing problems and recommend solutions that protect their buildings and investments.

You will receive qualified company-generated opportunities while also being encouraged to develop your own business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.

You will have the independence to manage your sales territory while working closely with our team to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from the first conversation through project completion.

Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Follow up with company-generated leads and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners and decision-makers.
Develop and grow your own long-term book of business.
Perform commercial roof inspections and identify potential roofing issues. Training will be provided.
Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
Prepare and present professional proposals.
Follow up consistently throughout the sales process.
Network within the local business community to develop new opportunities.
Generate additional business through referrals and relationship building.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM.
Communicate effectively with customers, estimators, project managers, and the operations team.
Continue developing your sales and roofing knowledge through ongoing training and coaching.
Represent Westmoreland Commercial Roofing in a professional manner at all times.

Comfortable climbing ladders and walking commercial roofs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Tobacco and drug-free work environment.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$90,000 - $300,000+ annual earning potential.
