Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possesss excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-pace, high-energy environment.

Duties

1 year dental office experience required
Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent computer and typing skills

Requirements

Proven experience in clerical work, or as a receptionist within a professional environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrate customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and patience.
Experience with multi line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
Experience with Dentrix Acend is advantageous but not mandatory; familiarity with appointment scheduling is preferred.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
