Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Payroll processing, calculating employee wages, deductions, and net pay in a timely manner.
Record and process entries accurately using various accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to maintain precise financial records.
Generate reports weekly, that are used to analyze the performance of the company.

Requirements

Proven experience with bookkeeping tasks in public accounting or corporate accounting environments.
Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
Detail-oriented, high level of accuracy in data entry, analysis. .
Ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills; proficiency in 10-key typing is preferred.
Effective communication skills for financial report writing and collaboration across emails.
Strong communication skills to handle employee questions regarding pay.
Willingness to learn other areas of the company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and multitask efficiently.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to take instructions from several members of the team.
Overnight front desk shift as needed
