**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a oral surgery office. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical and dental administrative support and possess excellent communication skills to provide exceptional patient service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel

- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar

- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries

- Maintain patient records and update medical information accurately

- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently

- Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations

- Spanish speaking is a PLUS

**Skills:**

- Efficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinic environment

- Experience in medical administrative support or similar role

- Proficiency in office procedures and phone systems

- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus

- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar electronic health record system

- Strong customer service skills for patient interactions

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
