About Mr. C Refrigeration

Mr. C Refrigeration provides installation, emergency repair, and preventative maintenance services for commercial and industrial refrigeration, cold storage, and HVAC equipment. We're looking for an organized, dependable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative needs of our team and help keep our office running smoothly.

What You'll Do

The Office Administrator provides administrative and operational support across the business, including payroll/timekeeping, purchasing, basic accounting functions, office organization, and employee records.

Manage office and breakroom supplies, including purchasing, inventory, and organization
Assist with daily cash reconciliation, deposits, and required accounting documentation
Support employee timekeeping and payroll processes, including reviewing timecards and identifying discrepancies
Maintain attendance, temporary labor, overtime, and other workforce reporting
Process and route invoices for approval and submission to Accounting
Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence
Maintain employee records, organizational charts, phone lists, and internal postings
Manage building access, security codes, office keys, and related records
Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and visitors
Maintain administrative databases, files, and reports
Assist with customer complaint tracking and other operational reporting
Serve as a point of contact for general office and administrative needs
Perform additional administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with payroll/timekeeping, purchasing, basic accounting, or operations support is a plus

Weekly pay via direct deposit
40 hours (1 week) of PTO
Paid holidays beginning on your first day of employment
