Job Overview
Position: Office Assistant

Description: G.M. Homes is a growing residential construction company in Springdale,

Arkansas. We are looking for an office assistant with Quickbooks Online experience to

help manage administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-

oriented, has strong math skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter and categorize daily transactions
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare customer invoices
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Maintain accurate records for job costing
Answer phones and assist with vendors and subcontractors
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Process payroll on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

Quickbooks Online experience (required)
Prior bookkeeping or office administration experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required

Schedule: Flexible hours (Mon–Fri)
Compensation: Based on experience
