Full Job Description

Lynchburg Family Dentistry is searching for a bright, energetic Dental Insurance & Accounts Coordinator with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to professionalism. We are dedicated to providing patients and their families with an outstanding dental experience, and we are looking for someone who enjoys staying productive, takes pride in their work, and helps create a welcoming environment for every patient.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and attentive to both patients and coworkers. They work well with people, communicate clearly, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional presence throughout the workday. We value team members who remain focused, minimize distractions, and are fully engaged in serving our patients and supporting the team.

While many responsibilities will be assigned, the right person will also look for opportunities to contribute, anticipate needs, and assist others without being asked. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Previous dental experience is preferred. Applicants without dental experience are welcome to apply, but please include a brief message telling us why you are interested in dentistry and why you believe you would be a great fit for our office.

Office Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM. Some flexibility exists with the hours. For example if you needed to be off every Wednesday afternoon, we could work something out.
