Salary: $45 - 50 per hour + none

We're hiring a Paralegal/Contract Manager for a pioneering medical technology manufacturer in Middleton, WI. If you are a legal professional who excels at managing complex contract documentation and ensuring contract compliance within a highly regulated industry, your expertise is needed here!

Role Highlights:

$45-50+/hr
Monday- Friday, 4-5 hour days (20-25 hours a week)
Based in Middleton, WI, with flexible work options available
6 month contract, potential to extend or convert to permanent

What You'll Do:

Drafting and reviewing simple commercial agreements and identifying legal issues (NDAs, template-based commercial contracts, amendments, and company policies).
Communicating with internal stakeholders and external parties with supervision.
Supporting implementation of compliance projects and training.

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Contract Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and negotiation principles.
Strong contract drafting and review skills, with corporate in-house legal experience preferred.
Data privacy support experience is a plus.
Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
