**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender, 21 years of age or older to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently - Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking inventory and cleaning equipment - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner - Basic math skills for handling transactions and making recipes accurately - Familiarity with fine dining or banquet settings is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Certification in responsible alcohol service is desirable Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills are valued, and opportunities for growth are available.
