Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor & Document Examiner to join our team. This position is responsible for reviewing title and supporting documentation, identifying discrepancies, ensuring information is accurate and complete, and helping move transactions through the title process efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple files and deadlines. Experience in title processing, document review, real estate, lending, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Contact customers for miscellaneous documents
Prepare legal documents to transfer title
Perform resort research to clear title
Verify legal descriptions, vesting and regular searches that have been entered into system
Add additional comments as needed
Miscellaneous tasks to help support team
Recordation of documents (experience outside of Florida is a plus!)
Regular and consistent attendance
Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

Key Skills/Qualifications:

Must have strong sense of urgency
Title insurance or title processing experience.
Familiarity with deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, releases, and other real estate documents.
Experience reviewing legal or property records.
Knowledge of real estate transactions and title requirements.
Experience working in a high-volume processing environment
Must have superior oral and written communication skills
3-5 Years Title Document preparation experience REQUIRED
Timeshare experience preferred
45-50 Words per minute required
Must have intermediate PC/Data Entry skillsABOUT US:
