Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, hospitality management expertise, and multilingual abilities in a vibrant resort environment. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel’s hospitality standards
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate reservation records, process payments, and assist with room assignments
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively

Experience

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and night audit processes
Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to create welcoming interactions with guests and team members
