Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Support office management tasks to ensure a well-organized work environment.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling administrative tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall office efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry and document management.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Athena Health EMR is preferred.
