Full Job Description

Busy dance studio seeking detail-oriented office assistant for the Belgrade location. Must have excellent customer service skills, good computer skills, be dependable and reliable, and have a love for children. Dance experience is a plus but not a requirement. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 9:00 for one position and 6:00 to 9:00 for the other position and occasional weekends if we are running a camp. Pay is D.O.E. Overview: We are a thriving dance studio located in both Belgrade and Bozeman. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. Position: Office Assistant

Open Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-9:00pm and Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm

Location: 81 8th Street, Suite 8, Belgrade, MT 59714

Responsibilities: As an office assistant at our dance studio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and current, correct information to our new and existing families. You will work to support, maintain, and actively build the culture of the studio through your alignment of the 5 Core Values and the TDC Mission Statement. As the first point of contact to the potential customers, the office assistant plays a pivotal role in the sales and conversions of new inquiries in both a timely and customer-focused way.

Pay:

TDC pays an hourly rate of $16/hr. Yearly potential rate increases are based on performance review and if the studio is profitable. Bonuses are based on the studio's financial performance and your work performance as well as your role and hours worked.
