Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our growing construction and home improvement company. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a construction environment and understand construction contracts and job documentation.

This position plays an important role in helping manage daily office operations and supporting project coordination.

Responsibilities

Review and manage construction contracts and project documents
Maintain organized job files and office records
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and office staff
Assist with scheduling, permits, and project paperwork
Communicate with clients regarding project documentation
Handle general office management duties

Requirements

Previous experience working in a construction or remodeling company
Experience processing payroll using ADP or similar payroll systems
Strong understanding of construction contracts and documentation
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong administrative and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Spanish speaking preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 37.0 per week

Work Location: In person
