Full Job Description

As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our dealership and auto wash running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a versatile position that blends the responsibilities of Guest Receptionist, Sales Assistant, Service Porter, and Auto Wash Crew Member. You’ll be counted on to step into different roles across departments, ensuring our high standards of service and efficiency are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, both in person and over the phone.
Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Represent Snell Motors with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail

Sales Department Support

Assist the sales team with vehicle preparation for display or delivery.
Help merchandise the showroom and lot by arranging vehicles for optimal presentation.
Photograph and update vehicle inventory for online listings and digital marketing.
Provide administrative and operational support to sales staff as needed.

Auto Wash & Detailing Services

Support the Snell Auto Wash team by prepping, drying, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards.
Help maintain wash bay and work areas for cleanliness and safety.
Assist with vehicle movement and wash operations as directed.

Service Department Support

Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles while maintaining an organized lot and service lane.
Provide shuttle transportation for guests when needed.
Assist service team members with operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with technicians, advisors, and management to support daily operations.

Overall Contribution

Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by assisting multiple departments based on daily needs.
Uphold Snell Motors’ mission of providing an Honest, Caring, Quality Experience in every interaction.
Take initiative to identify areas where additional help or attention may improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time during Snell Motors business hours.
$15 an hour
