Full Job Description

CNC Mill Setup/Operator

Feral Productions, LLC — Tracy, CA 95376

Precision machine shop in Tracy, CA is hiring. In business since 1979, we produce a wide variety of precision components in copper, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials for high-mix, low-volume work. We're looking for a skilled CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist who values teamwork and clear communication.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days

Required:

● 5+ years CNC Mill experience

● Strong setup skills (fixture, tooling, proving out)

● Extensive knowledge of G & M code

● Blueprint reading proficiency

● Knowledge of GD&T; comfortable working to close tolerances (+/-.001)

● Ability to perform in-process inspections

● Self-starter mentality, quality-first approach

● Comfortable in a high-mix / low-volume environment

Preferred:

● Fanuc controls

● SURFCAM or programming experience

● Collaborating with programming/management on process improvements

Pay Range: $60,000 to $90,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
