Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them through outbound calls and multilingual communication to schedule appointments that drive business growth. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and organizational prowess will help us build strong relationships and expand our client base. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment committed to your professional growth.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
Engage with clients in multiple languages, including bilingual interactions, to maximize outreach
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and understanding client needs
Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar or CRM system
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including data entry into relevant databases
Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and provide excellent customer support
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction

Skills

Multilingual proficiency, especially bilingual abilities in English and other languages
Strong sales aptitude with a focus on outbound calling strategies
Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and persuasive speaking and listening abilities
Customer support experience, with a knack for client services and relationship building
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills
Knowledge of call center operations, including phone etiquette and handling objections
Organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
Technical proficiency in CRM systems or similar software for appointment management
Analysis skills to assess lead quality and optimize outreach efforts
Ability to handle cash transactions if required for specific client interactions
Fast typing skills for quick documentation during calls
