Full Job Description

Join a Growing, Tech-Forward Accounting Team

Accepting candidates from Arizona, Oregon, Tennessee and Nebraska. Please do not apply if you reside in a different state from those listed.

We're currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with hands-on ConnectWise (an MSP ticketing system) experience to support a growing client in the central Phoenix metro area. This role can be remote for the right candidate.

To be considered for the role, a candidate must have experience working with a managed services provider (MSP) or outsourced IT company and understand the operational side of technology services. Experience managing ticketing systems, creating and maintaining client agreements, setting up recurring service fees, invoicing customers, and collecting payments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices through ConnectWise and Microsoft Business Central
Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts accurately
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Maintain accurate customer account records
Perform account reconciliations and prepare accounts receivable reports
Process credit memos, refunds, and account adjustments
Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to resolve customer billing concerns
Assist with month-end close activities and audit requests
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

What Makes You Successful

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience with an outsourced IT provider, managed services provider (MSP), or technology services company
Direct, hands-on experience with ConnectWise
Experience managing service agreements, recurring billing arrangements, and customer account collections
Understanding of ticketing workflows and service-based billing
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong PC and technology skills
Experience with collections and customer account management
A dedicated workspace to promote focus during work hours
Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Nebraska, Tennessee or Oregon

Schedule & Growth Opportunities

This position requires approximately 25-35 hours per week
