Full Job Description

The Job in 3 Lines

Own the full books end-to-end (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financials) in QuickBooks Online
Keep the office running tight while working collaboratively with the Plant Manager and President
No formal accounting degree required — but zero tolerance for sloppiness, missed deadlines, or excuses

You're a strong match here if:

You’ve powered through high-pressure stretches — month-end closes, payroll deadlines, year-end, or tax season — and still delivered clean, accurate work on time without drama or burnout.
You have solid, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and can hit the ground running.
You have a proven history of following up with customers on collecting AR on time
When something is off (numbers don’t reconcile, a process breaks, a deadline is at risk), you dig in fast: diagnose, fix it the same day if possible, double-check it, and move on — no finger-pointing, no excuses, just results.
You pick up new systems and processes under pressure.
