About the Role

This role is equal parts clinician, coach, and trusted guide.

You will:

Review advanced bloodwork panels
Create personalized hormone and wellness optimization plans
Walk patients through their health journey with clarity and confidence
Recommend supportive services (IV therapy, peptides, weight optimization, recovery services) with integrity and purpose — always in the patient’s best interest

Most importantly, you will build long-term trust.
Patients will remember you as the provider who finally listened, explained, and helped them feel like themselves again.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive intake visits and review advanced lab panels
Create and explain personalized optimization plans
Educate patients on timelines, expectations, and outcomes
Track progress through follow-ups and lab reviews
Recommend additional therapies that enhance patient results
Deliver hospitality-driven care at every touchpoint
Maintain accurate and compliant charting and medication documentation
Collaborate with front desk, med room, and leadership teams
Participate in ongoing trainings and protocol updates
