Position Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the full-cycle recruiting process across a variety of functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an efficient hiring process from requisition through onboarding. This position also supports workforce planning initiatives, builds talent pipelines for critical roles, and leverages recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to drive timely and effective hiring decisions.
Success in this role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting TPI's commitment to safety, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
· Create and publish job ads in various portals
· Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
· Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
· Screen resumes and job applications
· Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
· Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
· Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
· Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
· Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
· Host and participate in job fairs
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
· Adhere to and represent the company's values and behaviors as defined by the TPI
Mission, Core Values, and Competencies
Education/ Skills/ Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or public relations and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education or
experience.
· Bilingual in Spanish/English
· Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
· Hands-on experience with large job sites, such as LinkedIn and other aggregators
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Good written and verbal communications skills
· Proven success working in a collaborative, supportive team environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
