Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Resource management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure resources are available and utilized effectively.
Budget oversight: Monitor project expenses and financial performance; prepare regular financial reports.
Scheduling: Create and maintain construction schedules, adjusting as necessary to address delays or changes.
Quality control: Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
Problem-solving: Address issues and conflicts as they arise, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
Risk-management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Client relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and support project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or equivalent experience with transferable skills in a related roll.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Proven experience managing budgets and timelines effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
