You will assist in the operation of the school in accordance with the Primrose mission, vision, policies, procedures and state licensing standards. Your goal is to help provide a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff!

Has a degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field, and/or at least two years’ work experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten or early childhood program, preferred.
Helps create a culture of engagement and continuous improvement

Responsibilities Include...

Providing superior customer service to all external and internal customers
Observing all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Lewis Center and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children
Assisting in the daily operation of the school
Offering verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior
Successfully perform all of the essential functions for this role and the ability to cross-train in other positions for the greater success of the school.
Attending all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions
Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Lewis Center Employee Handbook
Assisting in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary
