Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly evening shift (3pm-11pm) Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all promotional materials are up-to-date.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors.
Stocking and labeling Market items for sale at the Front Desk
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and maintaining guest records.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
Be flexible to assist where needed as being a team player is crucial

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Proficient phone etiquette to handle incoming calls effectively and create reservations to maximize profit.
Familiarity with PEP is advantageous but not required.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.
