Setting: Community-based hospital, inpatient and outpatient therapy
Schedule: Full-time preferred; part-time or PRN considered
Pay: $38–$45/hour, depending on experience

Physical Therapist Opportunity in McPherson, Kansas

RehabVisions is hiring a Physical Therapist in McPherson, Kansas for a community-based hospital setting with both inpatient and outpatient care.

This position is physically located in McPherson, KS. While the posting may appear in nearby Indeed search locations, the role is based in McPherson, a central Kansas community located about one hour from Wichita.

We are ideally seeking a full-time Physical Therapist, but we are also open to considering part-time or PRN candidates depending on availability and fit.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings

Complete timely and accurate documentation
Communicate with patients, families, physicians, facility staff, and therapy team members
Support program development, marketing, and department growth
Present in-services and participate in staff education
Assist with general department operations and quality care initiatives

Physical Therapist Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in Kansas
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
