Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal — Serious Injury, Wrongful Death & Trucking Litigation Company: Daryl Gray Injury Lawyers Location: Downtown Memphis, TN (in-office) Job Type: Full-time, in-office Pay: Highly competitive, above-market salary — commensurate with best-in-class experience Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k)

About the Role

Daryl Gray Injury Lawyers is a difference maker. We're a boutique trial firm in Memphis built around serious injury, wrongful death, and trucking personal injury litigation, and we are looking for a best-in-class senior litigation paralegal, working in-office at our downtown Memphis location, with 10+ years of experience and a proven record of taking cases through litigation to trial. This is not an entry- or mid-level position — we need someone who has genuinely stood beside trial counsel in the courtroom, not just prepped files that settled. You'll work directly inside a POD alongside a litigation attorney and legal assistant/case manager, taking full ownership of the litigation and trial-readiness of every file.

What You'll Do

· Manage the full litigation lifecycle on complex serious injury, wrongful death, and trucking cases — from discovery through trial

· Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other litigation documents

· Prepare deposition outlines, summaries, and exhibits; attend depositions with trial counsel

· Build and manage trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and witness files

· Coordinate expert witnesses, medical records subpoenas, and third-party discovery

· Provide direct courtroom support during trial, including exhibit and trial technology management

· Partner closely with the POD's attorney and legal assistant/case manager to keep every file trial-ready at all times

· Mentor and set the litigation standard for less-experienced support staff across the firm

What We're Looking For

· 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury, serious injury, wrongful death, or trucking litigation

· Proven litigation and trial experience — real courtroom experience supporting counsel through verdict, not just pre-trial preparation

· Deep working knowledge of civil procedure, discovery practice, and e-filing in Tennessee state and federal courts

· Experience with trial presentation and exhibit management technology

· Exceptional organizational skills and the judgment to independently manage high-stakes files with minimal oversight

· Paralegal certificate, degree, or equivalent professional experience

· A high bar for work product — this role is built for someone who wants to operate at the top of the profession
