Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to serve as an ambassador of our clinic, shaping each patient’s experience from their first interaction to their final farewell. This role is central to our day-to-day operations and sets the tone for every visit.

West Coast Chiropractic has served the Valley since 2006. We operate three established clinics in Temecula, Menifee, and Lake Elsinore.

Our guiding principle is to deliver results and restore optimal movement, in a natural means that does not involve any extra medications or procedures. Our team provides a comprehensive clinical approach including onsite digital X-rays, neurological & orthopaedic tests and diversified adjusting techniques. We are a well trusted Chiropractic Clinic in the area and we’ve built a reputation with 650 reviews across Google (4.8 stars) and Yelp (4.7 stars).

What You’ll Do

· Greet patients with genuine warmth and professionalism

· Manage scheduling, check-ins/outs, and handling financial transactions

· Handle phone calls, messages, and emails

· Maintain confidential records and support smooth clinic operations

· Collaborate with clinicians and teammates to create a seamless patient experience

· Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the clinic

Additional Info:

· Pay: $18 per hour + weekly bonuses, health insurance and 401k matching

Schedule:

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
