Full Job Description

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and transportation solutions, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst to join their team. As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Support Department supporting the Fleet Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Analyst

Location: City of Atwater, CA

Pay Range: $40-$46/hr + Benefits

What's the Job?

Actively engage in the operational uptime of autonomous vehicle fleets by troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time.
Interface with operators and capture troubleshooting details in Jira, providing feedback to the Fleet Support Engineering team.
Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards during assigned shifts, supporting a safe working environment.
Analyze telemetry data, identify root causes, and implement preliminary diagnostic procedures to resolve fleet issues promptly.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within automotive or transportation sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards.
