About the Position:
The Enterprise Program Sales Support Specialist serves as a dedicated operational partner supporting a high-visibility global enterprise customer. This role combines quoting and proposal management, program administration, cross-functional coordination, data management, and customer engagement. The specialist owns the quote-to-proposal process, maintains customer-specific workflows and documentation, ensures CRM and pipeline accuracy, and serves as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Sales Support partner for a designated enterprise customer, managing customer-specific processes, documentation standards, and communication requirements.
- Prepare, review, and finalize quotes and proposals to ensure accuracy, profitability, compliance with pricing policies, and adherence to customer program requirements.
- Manage incoming quote requests through customer platforms and software tools while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy.
- Coordinate partner and subcontractor RFP processes, including rate comparisons, coverage validation, and recommendation of service providers.
- Maintain customer pricing records, product catalogs, purchasing information, and other program-specific data.
- Utilize NetSuite and enterprise quoting tools to ensure CRM accuracy, opportunity hygiene, pipeline visibility, and forecast integrity.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Program Management teams to support customer success and drive continuous process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Administrative, AV industry, or software-related certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with Guru, Miro, NetSuite, and Smartsheet preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar operational or administrative role.
- Experience supporting enterprise, global, or high-volume customer accounts.
- Experience managing quoting processes, proposals, customer documentation, and CRM systems.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced business environment.
What We Prefer:
- Strong understanding of quoting workflows, pipeline management, and enterprise sales operations.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams.
- Experience working within CRM and ERP platforms; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Comfortable working independently, documenting processes, and training or supporting teammates when needed.
- Ability to support global customers and occasionally accommodate varying time zones.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
