Position: Sales Manager

Compensation: Sales Managers at Merced Chevrolet enjoy a fantastic earning potential with a minimum quality/Performance level of $7,500 and a Goal Expectation of $12,000. The best part? There are no caps for additional income based on performance!

Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Supervising and motivating salespeople to achieve individual and team goals.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Organizing schedules, conducting training sessions, and setting performance goals.
Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new sales team members.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Promoting and encouraging effective sales strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Central Valley automotive market is a plus.
