Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and brand engagement across multiple social media platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to elevate our online presence. Your energetic approach will inspire audiences, foster community relationships, and drive measurable results through creative content marketing and targeted advertising. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand voice while leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing tools and analytics.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Manage social media accounts daily by scheduling posts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments to foster active community relationships.
Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; analyze social media analytics to optimize content performance.
Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions while monitoring ROI through Google Analytics and marketing online analytics.
Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure cohesive branding efforts; craft press releases or media pitches as needed for media outreach.
Track digital marketing performance metrics regularly to evaluate campaign success; prepare detailed reports on media performance analytics and social media content marketing outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques.
Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social; experience in social media analytics to interpret data insights effectively.
Excellent content writing skills with an eye for proofreading; ability to craft compelling narratives that align with branding strategies.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer, and overall digital marketing best practices.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including PR, marketing, and creative departments.
