Full Job Description

Job Summary:
OrthoSpine Advance Health Inc. is currently seeking a Per diem Receptionist to join our team. This position works on-call to cover shifts when regular staff are out, such as during vacations or sick leave and handles busy periods by providing extra support during peak times to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Qualified employees are encouraged to apply for the following position:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Bilingual English /Spanish

- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries promptly and efficiently.

- Verifying faxes, filing and printing chart tickets .

-Verifying eligibility from Health Insurances

- Request Authorizations
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with medical staff for patient scheduling and updates.

-Other tasks/duties may be assigned.

-Skills:
- Proven experience as a receptionist in the Medical setting is a most or equivalent degree.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on patient care.
- Familiarity with file management systems and organization techniques.
- Proficiency in phone systems to handle calls professionally.
- Experience with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
