RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an NDE Level II Technician in Remote (with travel outside of the US required). This is a full-time direct-hire Remote assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

As an NDE Level II Technician, you will conduct nondestructive examination (NDE) and quality control inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment and associated structures at nuclear facilities. You will support in-service inspection and maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with nuclear industry standards and safety requirements.
As an NDE Level II Technician YOU will:
· Conduct nondestructive examination (NDE) and quality control inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment and associated structures
· Support and maintain in-service inspection, testing and maintenance programs
· Research, interpret and explain inspection results to technical and management personnel
· Support inspection, repair and reconstruction of equipment and associated structures
· Ensure that industrial and radiation safety requirements are followed
· Maintain documentation to meet customer obligations and ensure proper test methodologies are in place
· Comply with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance
· Work flexible hours and shifts as required to ensure timely service
· Travel internationally to a variety of job sites as required
· Support corrective actions and equipment breakdown analysis
· Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities
YOU are the ideal NDE Level II Technician candidate if you have:
· High School diploma or equivalent education
· Minimum of 3-5 years of related NDE experience with documented training hours (required)
· Nuclear facility experience (required)
· Visual (VT) Level II certification (required)
· Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification (required)
· Valid passport for international travel (required)
· Demonstrated competency in at least 2 NDE disciplines
· Expert knowledge of commonly used NDE equipment, practices, procedures and concepts
· Nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification
· Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs
· Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, convey detailed technical data and work effectively with all levels of staff and management
· Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required
· Willingness to travel internationally to job sites as required
· Ability to obtain and maintain nuclear site access credentials
It's a BONUS if you have:
· Additional NDE certifications beyond Visual Level II (e.g., UT, PT, MT, RT)
· Experience with multiple nuclear plant sites
· Advanced leadership training or certifications
· Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations
· Welding or structural engineering background
· Previous international project experience
