Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking for candidates for the position of a Orthodontic Practice Director. The main responsibilities will be to manage overall orthodontic office operations, focusing on growth, staff leadership, financial health, and exceptional patient care, involving strategic planning, marketing, team training, compliance (HIPAA/regulations), budgeting, revenue cycle, and ensuring efficient workflows for both clinical and administrative sides to boost patient satisfaction and case acceptance.

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate clinical and administrative teams (orthodontists, assistants, treatment coordinators).
Foster a positive culture and ensure high staff performance and retention.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent, high-level execution and efficient workflows.

Practice Growth & Development

Develop and implement strategies for practice growth, marketing, and revenue generation.
Establish systems for patient satisfaction, retention, and increasing treatment case acceptance.
Serve as a liaison between the owner, management team and clinical team members.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

Manage budgets, billing, insurance coordination, and financial operations.
Oversee inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations (HIPAA, safety).

Patient Experience

Monitor and improve patient care delivery and satisfaction.
Resolve patient grievances and ensure a seamless new patient experience.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in orthodontic practice management.
Knowledge of Dolphin software and regulatory compliance.
Budgeting, financial management, and business development acumen.
Ability to travel to multiple offices
