JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to join Parakeet’s lean Private Equity Investment team on a Part-Time basis. The ideal Candidate is a College Student or someone entering the workforce who is seeking firsthand exposure to the inner workings of a Company on the rise. You will provide direct support to the CEO, CIO, and the “Deal Team” for business, personal, and administrative needs while gaining invaluable insight into Private Equity Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as the liaison between executives, employees, clients and other external partners
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage Executives’ calendars and coordinate schedules
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements
· Prepare and reconcile expense reports
· Manage office supply inventory
· Format information for all internal and external correspondences
· Take minutes during meetings
· Manage digital correspondences, physical mail, phone calls, or packages
· Provide support to Senior-Level Executives on an as-needed basis
· Stay on top of property- level projects and communicate status of progress
· Manage repairs & maintenance order
· Handle local municipal certification renewals
· Maintain Inventory of Office Supplies and Snacks
· Place and ensure successful pickup/delivery orders
· Coordinate repairs or service work for residential homes
· Manage paperwork for address changes, insurance documents and other discretionary materials
· Communicate effectively with Pharmacies, Insurance Agents, or other service providers
· Organize our digital files and folders
· Assist with all digital materials and maintain web presence as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Pending or Recent College grads/ young professionals strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook
Ability to navigate social media and digital footprint for a professional establishment
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Thrives in both autonomous and collaborative settings
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to always maintain a professional demeanor/ composure
