Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our Miami and/or Miami Beach location inside Flamingo Point luxury condo. Ideal candidate goes beyond technical skill—they are a refined facial artist with a deep understanding of how neuromodulators, structural fillers, and biostimulators work in harmony. In this role, you’ll design personalized, high-touch treatment experiences that prioritize balance, precision, and naturally elevated results within a medspa setting.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Consultations: Conduct 360-degree facial assessments to create long-term "global" treatment plans, moving beyond single-area fixes.
Advanced Injectables: Perform precision injections including:
Neurotoxins: Advanced placement for brow lifts, masseters, and "baby tox" techniques.
Dermal Fillers: Expert-level liquid rhinoplasty, jawline contouring, temple revolumization, and tear trough correction.
Biostimulators: Proficient use of Sculptra and Radiesse for collagen induction and skin quality improvement.
Regenerative Aesthetics: Administer PRP/PRF for under-eye rejuvenation and hair restoration.
Combined Modalities: Integrate microneedling (RF or traditional) and chemical peels into injectable plans to optimize skin canvas.
Safety & Complication Management: Demonstrate mastery of facial anatomy and maintain strict protocols for the use of Hyaluronidase and emergency complications.
Patient Retention: Build lasting relationships through exceptional bedside manner and meticulous follow-up care.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated injecting experience in a medspa or plastic surgery setting.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in the State of Florida.
Skill Set: Proven portfolio showing "before and after" results of full-face balancing (not just Botox).
Education: Advanced certification in fillers and biostimulators (CANS certification is a major plus).
Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the "Miami Aesthetic"—balancing high-end results with natural-looking longevity.
