About Us

Sine & Monaghan Realtors has been serving southeastern Michigan for decades, from the Grosse Pointes through the St. Clair River communities. We are a high-volume, detail-driven real estate brokerage committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organized, proactive professional to become an essential part of our team.

About the Role

This position is the operational center of our office. You'll take a signed purchase agreement and guide it all the way to a successful closing while also helping keep our office running smoothly and our marketing fresh and engaging.

Primary ResponsibilitiesTransaction Coordination

Manage active real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing (typically 10–20 files at a time).
Track and manage all contract deadlines, including inspections, financing, appraisal, title, and closing.
Prepare, route, and collect signatures on purchase agreements, addenda, disclosures, and amendments.
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys, and cooperating agents.
Maintain complete and compliant transaction files for broker review.
Enter and maintain listings in MiRealSource/Paragon and manage ShowingTime appointments.
Provide proactive communication with buyers, sellers, agents, and vendors throughout each transaction.
Complete post-closing tasks and file archiving.

Marketing & Social Media

Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Design marketing materials, listing flyers, postcards, and promotional pieces using Canva or similar software.
Maintain a consistent online presence for the brokerage and its agents.
Assist with email marketing, company announcements, and special events.
Capture and share listing highlights, community events, and office activities.

Office Administration

Welcome clients and provide professional front desk support.
Process daily deposits and maintain accurate office records.
Order office supplies and marketing materials.
Answer phones and assist with general administrative tasks.
Support agents with day-to-day office needs and help maintain an organized, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in real estate transactions, title, escrow, mortgage processing, or a real estate law office preferred.
Strong understanding of Michigan purchase agreements and real estate documents.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Michigan Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
Experience with MiRealSource/Paragon, ShowingTime, Follow Up Boss, dotloop, Brokermint, or similar transaction management software.
Experience creating social media content and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe products.
Familiarity with the St. Clair River communities, including St. Clair, Marine City, Algonac, Marysville, and Port Huron.
Knowledge of waterfront, riparian, and leasehold transactions is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
