Job Summary

Line cook for one of Michigan's oldest independent brewery taprooms. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in the taproom operations of our Brewery, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a laid back yet fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation

Experience
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
