Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events at Cedar Lakes Estate. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences. The Event Producer will oversee all aspects of event management, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Duties

EVENT SUPPORTER

The EP’s will assist with the execution of all on and off-premise events

Assist in the execution of various on-premise and off-premise events, retreats and weddings
Understand all event details prior to the event, assist captains and EP Assistant Managers with a plan of execution
Execute event set-ups and breakdowns using event Run of Show
Support the staff primarily in the Event Production department, but also in other departments as needed, such as bellhop, guest relations, and front of house
Attend weekly Event Production meetings
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work on their feet
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business building and perimeter - event support
Assist event staff in closing and cleaning the property

VALET SUPPORT

Assist with all event-related valet needs

Assist with directing traffic as needed
Assist in event valet as needed. Greeting guests, managing guest keys, parking and retrieving guest cars
Must have drivers license and clean driving record
Act as a chauffeur via golf cart for our high end clientele

HOTEL OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Assist Hotel Operations with guest check in, showing guests to their accommodations and assisting with luggage
Bring guests to and from their cottages via golf cart

Requirements

Energetic with an outstanding work ethic
Professional, both in appearance and demeanor
Consistently punctual
Sense of urgency and ability to work under strict deadlines
A great attitude and highly personable towards both coworkers and guests
Able to manage many different personalities, mentor, teach, and lead the team to success
Able to remain calm and think clearly under pressure
A strong desire to learn many facets of the business - will be wearing many hats!
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to be on feet/walking for hours at a time
Able to function as a team player and to respond to direct and immediate requests from supervisors
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Adobe and other applications is preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
Problem solver with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and rewarding environment

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
