Automotive Sales Consultant

$5,500 Monthly Guarantee

Freedom GMC is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build a real career in automotive sales.

Automotive sales experience is preferred. We are also open to training the right outgoing, self-motivated individual with strong people skills, a professional attitude, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming experience
Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs
Present vehicles with confidence and explain features clearly
Take customers on test drives
Guide customers through the buying process
Work with management to structure deals and close business
Manage leads, phone calls, appointments, and follow-up
Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale
Represent Freedom GMC with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in automotive sales, preferred
Experienced in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or commission-based work, strongly considered
Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated
Professional in appearance and attitude
Strong in communication and people skills
Competitive and motivated to earn
Able to build trust and connect with customers
Willing to learn, improve, and follow a proven process
Positive, dependable, and team-focused
Available to work Saturdays
Able to maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
