We are looking for an Administrative Assistant III - Sales located in Midland, TX. What You Will Do:

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and regional commercial sales team across our U.S. Land operation
Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for sales leadership
Prepare, proofread, and distribute presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the sales leadership team
Coordinate welcome onboarding of new customer users, ensuring all milestone events are documented and celebrated appropriately.
Support the preparation of quarterly business review materials, sales performance reports, and project presentations for leadership
Monitor and manage the sales team’s deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of internal commitments
Assist in organizing district sales meetings, customer events, and training sessions including logistics, agendas, and materials
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or executive assistant role preferably within oil and gas, energy services, or a technical B2B environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong note taking abilities.
High degree of professionalism and ability to interface with customers and executives
This role is not deemed safety-sensitive

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed sales organization
Demonstrated ability supporting the cultural elements of an organization
Experience coordinating cross-functional events involving multiple stakeholders
