Full Job Description

WINNER OF TOP WORKPLACE & BEST CHILD CARE CENTERS in Richmond for the past 6 years

The District Manager is responsible for three Henrico locations while opening new sites over the next five years. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of managing multiple centers profitably as well as experience opening new centers. This role reports directly to the founding owner.

Senior Management Responsibilities

District childcare operations for 3+ locations.
Implement marketing, promotions and online reputation.
Build trust relationships with parents.
Hire and train center directors and center staff.
Assure that centers and staff comply with state licensing regulations.
Provide oversight of food and transportation programs.
Assure safe and nurturing environments for children and staff.
Maintain profitability by accelerating revenue and containing costs.
Maintain close contact with funding agencies.
Implement community outreach activities to maintain a positive community reputation.
Demonstrate the ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds regarding enrollment and individual child needs.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
