Position Summary

The Lead Generation & Customer Development Coordinator plays a key role in driving Levco's continued growth by supporting marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, strengthening our brand presence, and helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through onboarding and beyond.

This position combines marketing, lead generation, customer development, project coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys wearing multiple hats, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Working closely with Levco's Customer Development (Comfort Advisor) team, this individual will help ensure prospective customers receive timely follow-up, remain engaged throughout the sales process, and transition smoothly from lead to long-term customer. This role will also support marketing efforts aimed at existing customers by helping identify opportunities to promote additional products and services while continuously developing creative ways to attract new homeowners and prospective customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Coordination

Coordinate the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Assist with email marketing, direct mail, digital advertising, promotions, and customer communications.
Maintain the annual marketing calendar and help ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to keep marketing initiatives on track.

Brand Management & Content

Manage Levco's social media channels and online presence.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, promotional materials, and customer communications.
Help maintain the company website and online business listings.
Coordinate customer review generation and monitor Levco's online reputation.
Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect Levco's brand standards, messaging, and voice.

Lead Generation & Customer Development

Monitor incoming leads from all marketing channels and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure leads are accurately entered into the CRM and assigned appropriately.
Work closely with the Customer Development (Comfort Advisor) team to nurture prospective customers throughout the sales process.
Help ensure a smooth transition from marketing-qualified lead to new customer.
Assist with lead tracking, reporting, pipeline management, and marketing performance metrics.
Support lead nurturing through email, phone, text messaging, direct mail, and other communication channels.
Help maintain accurate customer data and marketing lists.
Identify opportunities to market additional products and services to existing customers through targeted campaigns and customer communications.
Continuously look for creative and effective ways to generate new leads and increase brand awareness throughout Levco's service area.

Community Outreach & Partnerships

Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives.
Support relationships with local businesses, referral partners, and community organizations.
Assist with grassroots marketing efforts that strengthen Levco's visibility and community engagement.

Customer Development & Administrative Support

Assist with new customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Prepare customer communications, proposals, welcome materials, presentations, and sales support documents.
Coordinate follow-up activities and administrative tasks that support the Customer Development team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting and data management.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to keep marketing and customer initiatives moving forward.
Provide occasional phone coverage by answering incoming calls and directing customers to the appropriate department.
Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer service, business development support, sales support, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.

Preferred

Experience with social media management and content creation.
Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, SEO, digital advertising, or similar marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
Experience using email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
