Full Job Description

TEKsystems is hiring a Hospital Answering Service Operator to work ON SITE for a client based in Boston, MA.

These positions would take place 100% on site and would offer the opportunity to work for a top employer in the Boston market. Room to move up within the organization!

Job Description

Taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics
Determining who is on the call
Retrieving customer contact information in database
Triaging the call to the appropriate contact.

Hours

Monday- Saturday- 5 days a week- 40-hour work week- NO SUNDAYS

2nd shift hours- training is typically 10:30am-6:30pm/7:00pm- shift after training will fall between the hours of 2pm-11pm (8 hour shift)

Pay

$22- 25/hr.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
