Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Facility: St. Joseph

Department: Security

Schedule: Full-time /2nd Shift

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Act as a primary lead for the security team, maintaining a protected environment for all personnel and guests.
Engage in supervising, mentoring, and assessing the performance of team members.
Support operational excellence by coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and facilitating effective resolution of issues.
Execute the standard responsibilities and functions of a security professional.
Champion a collaborative culture; audit team documentation for precision, intelligibility, and detail.
Examine, report, and oversee security events and risks while resolving high-level concerns.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required.

One or more of the following are preferred:

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Law Enforcement.
Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
Security Professional.
Security Guard specializing in Healthcare.

Education:

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

1 year of experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

Prior security or law enforcement experience.

Background in lead or supervisory roles preferred.
