Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical support and assist our accounting team with various tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining detailed records. Additionally, you will collaborate with our accounting team to analyze financial data, process invoices, and support various accounting-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files
Assist the accounting team with tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and financial analysis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate logistics as needed
Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time, office-based position with a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
