Full Job Description

Sprinklermatic Fire Protection Systems, Inc. is a world class fire protection service company serving the state of Florida. We are looking for individuals that would like to join our company and make a lifetime career choice.

The ideal candidate for the position of Accounting Specialist has a minimum of two years experience in Accounting and Payroll.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule using Sage 100 and ADP
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, approvals, vendor communication, and payment processing
Maintain and track company assets (vehicles, equipment, tools), including reconciliation and reporting
Assist with general accounting functions such as account reconciliations
Collaborate with operations, HR, and management to support financial processes.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2+ years of accounting experience (construction or service industry experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with payroll and accounts payable required
Experience with Sage 100 and ADP (accounting and/or payroll) strongly preferred
Experience with asset/equipment tracking preferred
Familiarity with job costing and project accounting is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
