SHOWROOM SALES MANGER

Huntwood is the leading manufacturer of High-quality cabinetry in the West. We pride ourselves on exceptional craftmanship, innovative designs, and outstanding service to the builder, remodeler, and retail customer. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Showroom manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

Business Generation.
Recruitment.
Onboard Processing for new hires.
Maintaining and implementing company policies.
Problem solving.
Sales training, mentoring, and coaching. Using predetermined sales training programs.
Customer Conflict Participation.
Attendance Responsibilities of Sales Staff.
Maintaining store hours and manning schedules.
Forecasting sales growth in accordance too agreed yearly budgets.
Enforcing staff monthly quotas for accountability.
Conducting monthly provided sales updates and meeting information.
Watching for accuracy in communication and expectations represented by your team.
Enforcing inner departmental processes.
Reporting weekly successes for better efficiency and/or corporate support.
Reporting any, and all, disciplinary needs through HR and the Regional Sales Manager.
Evaluating shipping, field service, customer service, and installation accountabilities.
Acting as a corporate liaison for inner corporate departments when information is needed from your sales team members.
Instructing for corrections in product, policy, and procedures.
Maintaining facility cleanliness, organization, signage, displays, and office supply needs,
General oversight for maintaining professionalism, credibility, and honored promises to our customers.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

5+ years of successful cabinetry sales and design experience.
3+ years of C-level builder selling experience.
Strong working knowledge of CAD or 2020 software.
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, driven and committed to developing new business.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Solid organizational and leadership skills.
Extensive experience in negotiating and preparing contracts to secure new business.
Trade show/convention industry experience - a plus.
Experience developing targeted solicitation to secure key accounts.
Creates and conducts Huntwood capabilities presentations.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing short-term and long-term vision and strategy to achieve targeted sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
