Quality Suites Moab is currently hiring a Full-Time Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team in the evenings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, takes pride in great service, and works well with a team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Guest Services Representative, you will play an important role in ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Daily responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
Answering incoming calls and assisting with room reservations
Responding to guest questions and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
Keeping the lobby and front desk area professional and organized
Completing shift reports and handoff notes for the next team member

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and interacting with travelers from around the world.

Schedule

Evening shifts available only

Qualifications

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
Ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment
