Overview

We are recruiting for a Law Firm Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This vital role combines front desk management, administrative support, and exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth operations.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and word processing using Microsoft Office tools
Support office management by organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with client inquiries via phone or email, providing exceptional customer support and support for administrative needs
Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Skills

Dependable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with office management, clerical duties, and administrative support.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
Excellent phone answering skills with proper phone reception techniques and multi-line phone system operation.
Demonstrated customer service expertise with a focus on client communication and support.
Ability to type quickly with high accuracy; experience in proofreading documents is a plus.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Previous personal assistant or front desk experience a plus.
